Get Linked UP is recruiting an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client. This role will directly support the Director of Operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination and high-level administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the Director of Operations’ calendar and appointments
Handle missed reception calls and direct enquiries appropriately
Assist with internal investigations and documentation
Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal communications
Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Experience working in a law firm or supporting a senior executive is highly advantageous
Familiarity with Filevine is a strong advantage
Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills
Working Hours:
Fully remote role
Aligned with US Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Availability to work in EST time zone is essential
