We are looking for a bilingual (English–Spanish) B2B Sales Representative to cold-call U.S. law firms and professional companies, present our services, and sign new clients.
Cold call law firms and professional companies daily
Explain our staffing solutions and value proposition
Qualify leads and close new client accounts
Follow up consistently using CRM systems
Build long-term relationships with business owners
Hit monthly goals for new client sign-ups
Hourly Base Pay, commission, and bonus pay.
Fully bilingual (English–Spanish)
Strong B2B cold-calling experience
Confident speaking to attorneys and business owners
Skilled closer with proven results
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Highly motivated by commissions and bonuses
Experience working at a staffing, recruiting, or outsourcing company is a HUGE plus
Experience selling into law firms is a major advantage
