What We Are Looking For

Do you have experience working on personal injury cases in a law firm? 

We are looking for a friendly and energetic candidate with strong organizational and communication skills who wants to be part of a growing company in Atlanta. This candidate will help communicate with multiple personal injury law firms and manage portions of cases. The candidate we hire must be able to speak English and Spanish

Your efforts will be of significant importance to our team and clients. The position is based in our office located at 2970 Brandywine Rd. Chamblee, GA 30341.

They’ve developed custom full-service marketing strategies that frequently change as our market adapts. We are hiring the candidate with the right experience and determination for this role.

Previous experience in legal case management is preferred. Candidates must assist with phone calls, communicate with multiple personal injury law firms, and coordinate scheduling with medical providers.  

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial client phone calls to gather details about the personal injury case
• Communicate with multiple personal injury law firms
• Communicate with providers and update the app with accurate information 
• Manage medical portion of the case for clients
• Communicate with clients regularly, providing updates on case progress and addressing their medical concerns
• Coordinate scheduling and transportation with medical providers 
• Provide support and guidance to clients throughout their process
• Answer high volume of calls 
• Property damage knowledge is preferred 
• Ability to interpret to clients who speak different languages (bilingual)

Position Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish is required
• Paralegal experience is preferred
• Medical Case Management Experience Required
• Law Firm Case Management Experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic office equipment and technology
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
• Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22 to $30 per hour depending on experience
