Get Linked Up is partnering with a valued client to hire a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and adapts quickly to change. Experience working within a legal environment or handling compliance-driven processes will be a strong advantage.
Provide administrative support across the HR function
Maintain accurate employee files, records, and documentation
Assist with onboarding, compliance checks, and contract preparation
Support recruitment activities (scheduling, job postings, candidate coordination)
Respond to HR-related queries professionally and confidentially
Coordinate internal communications, training sessions, and HR initiatives
Prepare reports and support HR process improvements
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office
Experience in a legal environment or compliance-focused role is advantageous
Prior HR administration/support experience preferred
