Get Linked Up is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Human Resources Assistant to support one of our partner clients—a fast-paced personal injury law firm. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, adapts quickly to change, and enjoys supporting teams through organized, thoughtful HR processes.

Assist with daily HR operations for a busy personal injury law firm
Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations tasks
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality
Assist with scheduling interviews, managing documentation, and coordinating communication between candidates and the firm
Handle administrative tasks with exceptional attention to detail
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and last-minute changes
Provide general support to HR leadership as needed
Law firm experience strongly preferred, especially in personal injury or similar legal environments
1–2+ years of HR or administrative support experience
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Ability to multitask and switch gears quickly
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with fast-paced change
Tech-savvy with experience using HR or applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferred but not required
