We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our startup as a Lead Conversational AI Engineer & Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building and configuring AI-powered bots for outbound sales calls, customer service follow-ups, and inbound call routing.

Design & Development: Lead the creation and configuration of conversational AI bots similar to SimpleTalk, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with our systems.

System Integration: Configure bots to handle various use cases, from outbound sales outreach to managing inbound customer inquiries.

Continuous Improvement: Monitor bot performance and gather feedback to continuously refine and improve the AI interactions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in conversational AI or related fields.
