Get Linked UP is recruiting a Legal Intake Specialist on behalf of our client, a fast-growing legal services firm seeking a confident and detail-oriented professional to join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and enquiries from potential legal clients
Conduct legal intakes and gather case-related information
Qualify leads and assess case eligibility
Schedule consultations with attorneys
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in CRM systems
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or client-facing roles (legal intake experience preferred)
Strong communication and listening skills
Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information
Target-driven and highly organised
Working Hours:
Fully remote position
Aligned with US Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Shift starts at 5:00 PM (EST)
Weekend availability required
