Wanted: Medical Case Manager in Costa Rica

Previous experience in legal case management is preferred. Candidates will assist with phone calls, communicate with multiple personal injury law firms, and coordinate scheduling with medical providers.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client phone calls to gather details about the personal injury case
- Communicate with multiple personal injury law firms
- Communicate with providers and update the app with accurate information
- Manage medical portion of the case
- Communicate with clients regularly, providing updates on case progress and addressing their medical concerns
- Coordinate scheduling and transportation with medical providers
- Provide support and guidance to clients throughout their process
- Answer high volume of calls
- Property damage knowledge is preferred
- Ability to interpret to clients who speak different languages (bilingual)
Position Requirements
- Medical Case Management Experience preferred
- Law Firm Case Management Experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic office equipment and technology
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
- Strong attention to detail is needed
