In The Network, LLC is a medical case management company in metro Atlanta. We work with several law firms throughout the United States.
We are looking for case managers who have experience working for a law firm in the personal injury space.
This position is “in office”, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Our case managers manage 70 to 90 “in treating” cases. In order to be effective, our case managers have to be:
- Disciplined
- Organized
- Attentive to detail
- Able to multi-task
- Use critical thinking skills
- Have the ability to show empathy, and
- Have the superior communication and customer service skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial client phone calls to gather details about the personal injury case
- Communicate with multiple personal injury law firms
- Communicate with providers and update the app with accurate information
- Manage medical portion of the case
- Communicate with clients regularly, providing updates on case progress and addressing their medical concerns
- Coordinate scheduling and transportation with medical providers
- Provide support and guidance to clients throughout their process
- Answer high volume of calls
- Property damage knowledge a plus
- Ability to interpret to clients who speak different languages (bilingual)
- Paralegal experience a plus

Our U.S. office is located in Chamblee, Georgia.
Education: High School or equivalent, college a plus.
Salary: $24 to $28 per hour depending on experience ($49,920 to $58,240)
