This role is all about cold calling — you’ll be reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and sparking interest that turns into business opportunities. If you love communicating, have a natural sales instinct, and thrive on performance-based rewards, this is the role for you.
OUTBOUND SALES REP. BILINGUAL IS A PLUS IN SPANISH, MUST SPEAK ENGLISH C1+
What You’ll Do
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and introduce company services
Follow up with interested leads and manage ongoing communications
Build rapport, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments or demos
Keep detailed notes and track leads in our CRM system
Work closely with our internal team to move leads through the sales process
What We’re Looking For
✅ Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or appointment setting
✅ Excellent verbal communication and people skills
✅ Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
✅ Organized and able to manage time effectively in a remote role
✅ Bilingual (English + Spanish) is a plus, but not required
✅ Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
