We are seeking a full-time, bilingual Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to be the front line of our real estate business. This role is perfect for a go-getter who thrives in sales, loves talking to people, and knows how to turn leads into real opportunities.
As our ISA, you will handle intake calls, qualify buyer and seller leads, organize detailed client information, follow up consistently, and set high-quality appointments for our agents. This role directly impacts revenue and growth.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, texts, and follow-ups
Qualify buyer and seller leads through confident, consultative conversations
Collect, document, and organize detailed client information with accuracy
Maintain and update CRM records with strong attention to detail
Nurture leads through persistent, value-driven follow-up
Set qualified appointments for licensed real estate agents
Hit or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and appointment-setting goals
Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically at all times
Bilingual (English & Spanish required)
Proven strength in sales (inside sales, call center, real estate, or customer-facing sales preferred)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
A true go-getter—self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
Confident phone presence and excellent communication skills
Comfortable using CRMs, dialers, and tech tools
Able to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment
Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
