We are recruiting native Portuguese-speaking Virtual Assistants to support a U.S.-based legal practice. These roles will focus on assisting Case Managers and Intake Specialists, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle client communication in Portuguese (written and verbal)
• Support case managers with document management, follow-ups, and administrative tasks
• Assist intake specialists with gathering client information and scheduling
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely task completion
• Provide general virtual administrative support to the legal team
Requirements:
• Native Portuguese speaker (Brazilian Portuguese preferred)
• Strong English proficiency
• Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, administrative assistant, or in a client-facing role
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Reliable internet connectivity and ability to work remotely
Preferred:
• Experience working with legal, customer service, or case management teams
• Familiarity with CRM or case management systems
